# Admin Plugin

`resolve-ai-admin` is a companion plugin for administrators who manage [integrations](/integrations) in ResolveAI. It bundles skills for setting up new data sources, debugging quiet or failing integrations, and editing satellite configuration without leaving the editor.

The admin plugin has no MCP server of its own. It reuses the `resolve-ai` plugin's `/mcp/v2` connection and hands off to the `ask` skill, so install the [ResolveAI Plugin](/ai-assistant-plugins) first.

  **Prerequisite:** you need an **admin** role in ResolveAI to use this plugin effectively. Most skills require admin-level access to read or change integration configuration. You also need the [ResolveAI Plugin](/ai-assistant-plugins) installed and signed in via OAuth.

## What You Can Do

* **Connect a new data source.** Hand the agent a vendor name (Datadog, ClickHouse, ServiceNow, etc.) and have it route to the right setup path: SaaS REST API, satellite-backed config, or UI/OAuth flow.
* **Diagnose a failing or quiet integration.** Ask the agent why an integration is unhealthy, missing data, or not auto-investigating, and get a targeted explanation.
* **Edit satellite Helm config.** Update a satellite `values.yaml` for satellite-backed integrations and networking, with the agent walking the schema.

### Cursor

Install `resolve-ai-admin` from the same team marketplace after `resolve-ai`, in the Cursor Dashboard's Plugins panel. Keep it optional unless every developer in the group manages Resolve integrations.
