resolve ai uses limits to maintain reliability and stability of our systems here is an outline of the standard limits that apply to each organization need to adjust your org's limits? contact us at mailto\ help\@resolve ai chat messages users can tag @resolve to send a chat message from the slack or microsoft teams integration users can @resolve and send 1 chat message / second, 5 messages / minute bots can @resolve and send 2 chat messages / second, 30 messages / minute organizations in total can @resolve and send 500 chat messages / minute auto investigations some teams configure resolve to automatically investigate alerts when they fire configure which alerts are worth auto investigating in the team knowledge page, under the alerts configuration tab when auto investigations are turned on, resolve will run an investigation for all new alerts that match the specified filters to avoid overwhelming the system with an alert storm, these auto investigations are rate limited to 30 auto investigations/hour note enterprise customers can run unlimited manual investigations, even when auto investigations have been rate limited for the hour free self serve trials each organization can run 20 chats or investigations each day the trial is limited 14 days for new organizations after the trial ends, the organization downgrades to a limited free plan the limited free plan entails each org a daily limit of 2 chats or investigations need to upgrade? contact us at mailto\ help\@resolve ai
