Prerequisites: You will need permissions to create webhooks in PagerDuty, and admin access to the PagerDuty integrations page in ResolveAI.
1 . In ResolveAI, create a webhook
- In the Resolve UI, open the PagerDuty Integration
- Click Add Connection
- Enter Name, ex.
PagerDuty - Skip Environments
- Click Save
- In the Connections table, click the Name of the integration you just created, to re-open that integration instance
- At the bottom of the page click Edit
- Under Webhooks click the + plus button to add a new webhook
- Give the webhook a Name, ex.

2. In PagerDuty, create a webhook
- In PagerDuty, open the service you want to connect.
- Open Integrations -> Add Webhook and fill the following fields:
- Webhook URL: from Resolve UI
- Event Subscriptions
incident.triggeredincident.resolved
- Custom Header: from Resolve UI
- Click Add Webhook and copy the webhook secret
3. In ResolveAI, enter the webhook secret
- In the Resolve UI, open the PagerDuty integration page
- Click Edit and open Advanced Settings
- Enter the Webhook Secret
- Click Save
Optional: Enable Alert Scraping
In ResolveAI, enter your PagerDuty API token:- In the Resolve UI, open the PagerDuty integration page
- Click Edit and open Advanced Settings
- Enter the API Token
- Click Save
