App Permissions - Resolve AI

To investigate incidents and respond in the channels and group chats where it’s installed, Resolve AI needs to read messages and identify the users involved. The app is installed in team and groupChat scopes and requires the following permissions.

Microsoft Graph API Permissions

Permission	Description
`User.Read.All`	Read user profiles to match Teams users with their corresponding email addresses in Resolve

Teams App (RSC) Permissions

Resource-Specific Consent (RSC) permissions grant access scoped to the specific chat or team where the app is installed.

Permission	Scope	Description
`ChatMessage.Read.Chat`	Chat	Read messages within the specific chat where the Resolve app is installed
`ChannelMessage.Read.Group`	Team	Read messages in a team’s channels. Required for Resolve to capture context from incident channels without needing to be explicitly @mentioned
