App Permissions - ResolveAI

To investigate incidents and respond in the channels and group chats where it’s installed, ResolveAI needs to read messages and identify the users involved. The app is installed in team and groupChat scopes and requires the following permissions.

Microsoft Graph API Permissions

Permission	Description
`User.Read.All`	Read user profiles to match Teams users with their corresponding email addresses in Resolve
`Files.Read.All`	Read files and images attached to Teams messages so Resolve can include their contents in investigations

Teams App (RSC) Permissions

Resource-Specific Consent (RSC) permissions grant access scoped to the specific chat or team where the app is installed.

`ChatMessage.Read.Chat`	Chat	Read messages within the specific chat where the Resolve app is installed
`ChannelMessage.Read.Group`	Team	Read messages in a team’s channels. Required for Resolve to capture context from incident channels without needing to be explicitly @mentioned
