This guide explains how to configure Google Workspace Single Sign-On (SSO) so users can securely log in to ResolveAI. You’ll create a custom SAML 2.0 application, configure user and group attributes, and share your setup details with your ResolveAI contact.
This setup must be completed by a Google Workspace Administrator.

1. Add SAML App

  1. Go to the Google Admin console
  2. Navigate to Apps → Web and mobile apps
  3. Click Add appAdd custom SAML app
  4. Name the app Resolve and click Continue

2. Share SAML Info

From the next screen, copy the following and send it to your Resolve contact:
  • SSO URL
  • Entity ID
  • Certificate (or metadata.xml)
Then click Continue.

3. Configure Service Provider Details

Fill out the following:
  • ACS URL: https://app0.resolve.ai/auth/saml/callback
  • Entity ID: app0.resolve.ai
  • Start URL: leave blank
  • Name ID format: UNSPECIFIED
  • Name ID: Primary email
Click Continue.

4. Attribute Mapping

Add the following attributes from Basic Information:
  • Primary email → email
  • First name → firstName
  • Last name → lastName
  • (Optional) Groups → groups (used for role mapping)

5. Enable the App

  1. Click Finish to save the app
  2. In Google Admin console enable it for any groups that should access ResolveAI

6. Contact ResolveAI

Check with your Resolve contact, who will use your SSO URL, Entity ID, and Certificate from above to create an organization for you. Once confirmed, users can log in at app0.resolve.ai.
