Connect to Catchpoint to have Resolve AI ingest synthetic monitoring data, tests, and alerts for use in alert investigations.

1. Create an API Key

Resolve requires a Catchpoint API key to connect to your account.
  1. Log in to your Catchpoint account
  2. Navigate to Settings → API
  3. Click Create Key
  4. Give it a descriptive name (for example, resolve-integration)
  5. Copy the generated key and secret, and save them securely

2. Connect Catchpoint in Resolve

  1. Open the Catchpoint Integration page in Resolve
  2. Click Add Connection
  3. Enter a Connection Name (for example, catchpoint-production)
  4. Paste the API Key and Secret from Step 1
  5. (Optional) Leave Environments blank to enable for all Resolve environments, or specify which ones this connection applies to
  6. Click Save

3. Verify the Connection

After saving, confirm the connection shows a healthy status on the integrations page.
