Send alerts to ResolveAI via webhook

If you use Prometheus Alert Manager to trigger your alerts, follow the steps to complete the alert integration for your environment.
  1. Go to the Alert Manager integration you have set up and click into it.
  2. Scroll down to the Webhooks section. Click “Edit”.
  3. Click on the ”+” icon to add a new Webhook token. Click “Save”.
  4. Generated instructions will show the steps to add a new webhook configuration in your Alert Manager receivers.

Mitigation Actions (Optional)

If your organization uses Resolve’s Mitigation Actions to silence alerts during investigations, the API token used for the AlertManager integration must have write access to the silence endpoint (/api/v2/silences). A read-only token is sufficient for investigation but cannot create or remove silences. See Mitigation Actions for setup details.
